Step by step
From signup to launch
Follow these steps in order.
Connect your LinkedIn account
Go to Settings, open the LinkedIn tab, and follow the connect flow. Voice Outreach sends all campaign actions through your account.
Set up your voice
Go to Voice Library and record a short sample to clone your voice. Once saved, your voice will be used for all voice notes in your campaigns.
Name your campaign and import leads
Give the campaign a name so you can find it later, then choose how to bring in leads. Upload a CSV for bulk imports, or paste up to 25 LinkedIn profile URLs and Voice Outreach will enrich each profile automatically.
Build your sequence
Set up your campaign flow in the Sequence Builder. Add steps like invite, message, voice note, and follow-up. Each step runs in order once the previous one completes.
Review and launch
The Leads & Launch tab shows exactly who is ready to go. Review each lead's status, then use Smart Scheduling to set your timezone, sending days, and sending hours. When everything looks right, launch the campaign.

What happens next?
Your campaign runs automatically. Here's what to expect.
Invites go out gradually
Voice Outreach sends invites within your daily limit and send window, keeping your account safe.
Messages follow connections
Messages and voice notes only go to leads who have connected. Steps wait until the invite is accepted.
Replies trigger a notification
When a lead replies, you get an in-app notification. Reply personally. Their automated steps are already paused.
Automation pauses on reply
When a lead replies, Voice Outreach pauses their remaining steps right away.
