Terms of Service

Voice Outreach is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users run outreach campaigns across third-party communication platforms (such as LinkedIn), including message generation, voice-note generation, lead management, and campaign automation. The Service may use artificial intelligence and third-party APIs to operate.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and will comply with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at support@voiceoutreach.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where required by law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and any renewals until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, and changes will take effect on your next renewal.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, AI Voice Consent Policy, and Anti-Spam & Outreach Compliance Policy. In addition, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including LinkedIn, or any applicable anti-spam, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical protections of the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing machine-learning systems using our outputs or underlying models.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn and providers used for AI, voice synthesis, email, and analytics). You are responsible for complying with the terms of each connected platform, and you grant us permission to act on your behalf to operate the Service using the credentials and tokens you provide. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including rate limits, account restrictions, or account suspension by those platforms.

The Service may generate text and audio content (including cloned or synthetic voices). AI outputs can be inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before sending them to any recipient, and for ensuring you have all rights, consents, and authorizations needed to generate and use such content (including voice likeness rights where applicable). You represent that any voice sample you upload is either your own or used with the documented consent of the voice owner.

"User Content" means any content you submit to the Service, including leads, messages, voice samples, campaign data, and outputs you generate. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Voice Outreach or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation.

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect paid features.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk to us or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete associated data in accordance with our retention practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Outreach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voice Outreach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Madrid, Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be notified where required. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
