Subprocessors
This page lists the third-party subprocessors that Voice Outreach uses to operate the Service. Each subprocessor is selected for the purpose described and is bound by contractual obligations to handle data appropriately. This page supplements our Privacy Policy.
Current subprocessors
- Vercel: Application hosting and deployment infrastructure.
- Supabase: Database and backend infrastructure.
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and billing.
- ElevenLabs: Authorized AI voice generation.
- OpenAI and/or Anthropic: AI text generation for personalized message drafts (where applicable).
- Unipile: LinkedIn account connectivity and integration.
- Zoho Mail: Business email for support, legal, privacy, and billing addresses.
- Sentry: Error monitoring and diagnostic reporting.
- Email delivery provider: Transactional email (sign-in, password reset, notifications), where applicable.
We do not currently make claims about security certifications or compliance standards on this page; where independent attestations apply, they are held by the listed subprocessors themselves and are available from those vendors.
Changes to this list
Our subprocessors may change over time as we add, remove, or replace vendors. Material updates will be reflected on this page. The "Effective" date above indicates the most recent material revision.
