Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all users of Voice Outreach (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service, AI Voice Consent Policy, and Anti-Spam & Outreach Compliance Policy. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP.
1. Lawful and compliant use
You must use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws (including data-protection, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws) and with the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including LinkedIn.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, harassing, deceptive, or misleading content.
- Impersonate any person or entity (including public figures or celebrities), or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use false identities, false sender information, or deceptive subject lines or message content.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from third-party platforms in violation of those platforms' terms or applicable law.
- Bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent technical protections, rate limits, or security controls of the Service or any connected platform.
- Use credentials you are not authorized to use, share credentials, or operate accounts on behalf of others without proper authority.
- Engage in unauthorized automation that violates a connected platform's terms of service.
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise harmful.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or activities that violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
- Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or any user.
3. Outreach responsibility
You are responsible for the content, targeting, and frequency of any outreach you send through the Service, for maintaining a lawful basis or consent where required, and for honoring opt-out requests, objections, and stop-contact requests promptly. 4. Platform terms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn). You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms, policies, and acceptable-use rules of each platform you connect. Violations of platform terms can result in restrictions imposed by those platforms (including account limitations or suspension) for which Voice Outreach is not responsible.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts; remove content; or take other actions we consider appropriate to protect users, recipients, third parties, or the Service. We may also report suspected illegal activity to authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse of the Service, contact legal@voiceoutreach.ai. For general support questions, contact support@voiceoutreach.ai. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Effective" date above.
