Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to Voice Outreach, operated by Hassan Amjad trading as Voice Outreach, Calle Periana 28, 8B, Madrid, Spain. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider when checkout is enabled. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free trial and cancellation
All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is required at checkout but you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Plans page inside your account) — cancelling before the trial ends means no charge will be made.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first billing charge will be processed automatically at the start of the next billing period. Once billing begins, charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@voiceoutreach.ai within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
2. Subscription renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; if you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will move to the free or read-only state.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade mid-cycle, your payment provider may prorate the difference and charge your payment method accordingly. When you downgrade, the change typically takes effect at the start of the next billing period; we do not issue refunds for the remaining portion of the current period unless required by law.
4. Non-refundable situations
We may decline a refund request where:
- The refund request is made outside the 30-day window described above.
- The account shows signs of fraud, abuse, violations of our Terms of Service, or repeated reversals/chargebacks.
- The refund relates to usage fees, add-ons, or one-time purchases that were already delivered or consumed (for example, credits used to generate voice notes).
- The refund relates to free trials, promotional credits, or discounts.
- Applicable law permits us to decline the request in the circumstances.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@voiceoutreach.ai from the email address on your account, including your full name, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several additional business days to appear.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the Plans page inside your account. Cancelling during the free trial period means you will not be charged. Cancelling after billing has started stops future renewals; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free or read-only state. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for charges already processed.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at billing@voiceoutreach.ai so we can try to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension or termination and the loss of access to associated data.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your refund request was handled, please reply to our support thread or email billing@voiceoutreach.ai to escalate the matter to a senior team member. We take complaints seriously and will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including any rights to cancel or request a refund under applicable law in Spain or your country of residence. Where mandatory consumer law grants you broader rights than this policy, those rights apply.
