Anti-Spam & Outreach Compliance Policy
Voice Outreach provides B2B sales productivity tools. You decide who to contact, how often, and with what content. This Anti-Spam and Outreach Compliance Policy sets the baseline expectations for using the Service responsibly. It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Lawful basis and consent
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid lawful basis (such as consent or legitimate interest, where applicable) to contact each recipient through the Service, and for documenting that basis where required by law.
2. Honor opt-outs and objections
You must promptly honor any opt-out, unsubscribe, objection, or stop-contact request from a recipient, and you must stop contacting recipients who have asked you to stop. You must not attempt to re-engage recipients who have opted out, or transfer their contact information to others for the purpose of continued outreach.
3. Prohibited outreach practices
You may not use the Service to:
- Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or aggressive bulk outreach.
- Use misleading sender identities, deceptive subject lines, or deceptive message bodies.
- Harass, intimidate, defraud, or threaten any recipient.
- Use the Service for unlawful outreach, including outreach prohibited by applicable consumer-protection, anti-spam, do-not-contact, or marketing laws.
- Sell, share, or transfer recipient personal data in violation of applicable data-protection law.
4. Applicable laws
Depending on where you and your recipients are located, applicable laws may include the EU and UK GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR, the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, telemarketing rules, and other consumer-protection or data-protection regimes. You are responsible for understanding which laws apply to your outreach and complying with them. This Policy is not legal advice.
5. Platform terms
You must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect through the Service, including LinkedIn. Platform rules on messaging, automation, and connection requests can be stricter than general law; following both is your responsibility.
6. No guaranteed results
Voice Outreach provides tools to help you draft, schedule, and deliver outreach. We do not guarantee any specific reply rate, response rate, deliverability, revenue, or business outcome. Recipient behavior, content, targeting, applicable laws, and platform enforcement all influence results, and are outside our control.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts; remove content; or take other actions we consider appropriate. We may also cooperate with lawful requests and report unlawful activity.
8. Reporting and questions
To report suspected spam, abuse, or outreach misconduct related to the Service, contact legal@voiceoutreach.ai. For privacy or data-removal requests, contact privacy@voiceoutreach.ai. For general support, contact support@voiceoutreach.ai. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Effective" date above.
