HeyReach now sends voice notes itself, including one in a cloned voice for each lead, so voice alone is no longer a reason to leave it. Switch to Voice Outreach if you run one to five senders and want voice to be the main thing your tool does, and stay with HeyReach if you run an agency, many senders or need an API.

I checked every HeyReach price, feature and policy in this post on HeyReach's own site on 2026-10-14. Prices move, so check their pricing page before you buy anything.

I run Voice Outreach, so read this knowing I have a side. HeyReach is the bigger and broader product, and in several places it is the better pick. I say where.

What HeyReach does well

HeyReach is built for people who run LinkedIn outreach at scale, and it shows. If you manage many accounts or many clients, it covers a lot of ground.

  • Many senders, priced for it. Growth is priced per sender. Agency and Unlimited are flat monthly fees for bundles of senders, and Unlimited allows up to 300 under a fair use policy.
  • Built for agencies. Workspaces and permissions keep each client's senders, leads and campaigns apart. HeyReach charges per sender, not per user, so teammates and clients cost nothing extra.
  • Integrations and an API. Its pricing page lists Clay, RB2B, Trigify, Make, Zapier and HubSpot, plus an API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents.
  • Email through partners. Growth includes native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead for multichannel campaigns. It also gives you a one time allocation of 100 enrichment credits per sender to find verified emails.
  • One inbox for every sender. A unified inbox, so you stop logging in and out of accounts.
  • A longer trial. Its pricing page FAQ describes 14 days with no card for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. The FAQ still uses an old plan name, so confirm what you get when you sign up.
  • A discount for early stage companies. If you have under $250,000 in ARR, fewer than 5 people and are not yet a customer, it offers a heavily discounted plan. The page does not list the price.

HeyReach says more than 7,000 companies use it. That is its own number on its own site, and I have not checked it.

Does HeyReach send voice notes?

Yes, and that changes this whole post. HeyReach has an AI voice notes article in its help centre, dated 2026-09-14. It calls the feature a beta and says it is live on all plans.

Its pricing page lists voice notes under the Growth plan. There are two kinds:

  • A static recording. You record or upload one clip, and every lead in the campaign gets the same audio.
  • AI voice from text. You write the message with variables such as a name or company, and HeyReach turns it into audio in your sender's voice. Each lead hears their own details.

To clone a voice you record or upload a sample of 20 to 30 seconds, or you pick a featured voice from its library. You can preview the first 5 leads in your list before anything goes out. Campaign analytics count voice note conversations and replies, and the inbox plays each note with its transcript.

Three column graphic of what HeyReach's help centre says about its voice notes: two types, how the voice is cloned and the stated limits

The limits, as HeyReach states them

  • New campaigns only. Voice notes can go into new campaigns or drafts that have never run. The article says they cannot be added to a campaign that went live before, even if you paused it since.
  • No API yet. API and MCP endpoints for voice notes are not available. The article says they are planned for 2.0.
  • It is a beta. HeyReach's terms of service say beta offerings are for evaluation, not for production use, and are not supported (section 2.9). I do not know whether that clause covers voice notes, which sit inside paid plans, so ask support before you build a campaign on them.

To its credit, the article answers the questions I would ask. Recordings are kept in a private S3 bucket on AWS, and HeyReach says your samples are not used for AI training.

Why people look for a HeyReach alternative

These come from HeyReach's own pricing page and terms. None of them make it a bad tool. They are the places where its design stops fitting a smaller setup.

The price follows your senders. Growth is $79 a month per sender when billed monthly. Five senders is $395 a month before any discount.

Much of it is built for agencies. Whitelabel, bring your own proxies on the bigger plans and multi brand add ons are agency features. If you run one LinkedIn account, my opinion is that you will use very little of it.

The best price needs a commitment. Yearly billing is $63 per sender per month and quarterly is $71. Monthly is $79.

Voice is new. It is in beta, limited to campaigns that have not run, and has no API yet. See the limits above.

Refunds. The terms say all fees are non refundable, with a few named exceptions. The pricing page states no refund policy, so ask before you pay for a year.

HeyReach pricing in 2026

HeyReach charges per LinkedIn account you send from, which it calls a sender or a seat. These are the prices on its pricing page on 2026-10-14, in US dollars.

Agency$999$899$799
Unlimited$2,999$2,699$2,399

The page labels quarterly billing 10% off and yearly 20% off. Here is what each plan includes:

  • Growth has unlimited campaigns, all LinkedIn actions including voice notes, a unified inbox, API and webhooks, workspaces and permissions, an MCP server and 100 enrichment credits per sender.
  • Agency is a flat fee for 25 senders (a 50 sender option is listed). It adds whitelabel, done for you onboarding and a dedicated Slack channel, and you bring your own proxies.
  • Unlimited is a flat fee for unlimited senders, with a fair use cap of 300. It adds priority support, and multi brand whitelabel at $500 each.
  • Done for you is custom priced, and HeyReach runs your outbound for you.

Agency and Unlimited both offer a 30 day trial on request.

HeyReach vs Voice Outreach at a glance

HeyReach wins more rows in this table than we do. That is fine. It is a broader product, and ours does one job.

"Not listed" means the feature is not on that company's pricing page or documentation I read on the date checked. It does not mean it can never be done. HeyReach's trial length is from its pricing page FAQ.

What does it cost for one, three or five senders?

A sender is one LinkedIn account. Our extra senders cost $10 less than the plan price, up to four extra. These are monthly prices in US dollars, and the HeyReach column is its Growth plan.

SendersHeyReachOur StarterOur GrowthOur Pro
1$79$39$69$99
3$237$97$187$277
5$395$155$305$455

Starter sends one voice note campaign with the same note to every lead, and Growth sends as many as you like. Only Pro gives each lead a personal note in your cloned voice. So the fair comparison for a personal note is HeyReach Growth against our Pro, and HeyReach is cheaper at every row: $79 against $99, $237 against $277, $395 against $455.

HeyReach's yearly price of $63 per sender makes the gap on personal notes wider, and we have no annual plan.

What Voice Outreach does better

Here is the list, plainly. It is short, because HeyReach does more than we do.

  • It costs less to start. Starter is $39 a month, which is $40 less than HeyReach Growth billed monthly. Growth, at $69, is still $10 less.
  • It stays cheaper for static notes as you add senders. Three senders cost $97 on Starter or $187 on Growth, against $237 on HeyReach. Five cost $155 or $305, against $395.
  • You can get your money back. We give a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. HeyReach's terms say all fees are non refundable.
  • Voice is the whole product. Every plan we sell is a voice note plan, from one static campaign on Starter to a personal note for every lead on Pro.

Two limits on that list. The price lead is for static notes, because a personal note per lead costs more with us: $99 on Pro against $79. And our prices are launch prices, and our pricing page says we are in beta too.

How Voice Outreach works

A voice note is a step in the sequence

In Voice Outreach the voice note is a step, like the invite or a text message. Someone accepts your invite, and the voice note goes out as the next step. When they reply, the sequence stops for them.

One recording for everyone, or a personal note per lead

On Starter and Growth you send a static voice note, the same recording to every lead in a campaign. Starter gives you one static campaign and Growth gives you as many as you like.

On Pro, every lead gets their own voice note in your cloned voice. Go to the Voice Library and record yourself reading a short script. Read it in your natural accent and at your own pace, and your voice notes will sound like you.

HeyReach does both of these too, so this is no longer what separates us.

Ask who owns the voice

Whatever tool you pick, ask three things before you clone anyone. Where are the recordings stored, do they train models, and whose voice are you allowed to clone?

HeyReach answers the first two in its article. Our answer to the third is a public AI voice consent policy, which says you may only use your own voice or one you have documented permission to use.

What we see from our own outreach

These are our own numbers, from our own LinkedIn accounts. They are not a comparison with HeyReach, and they are not a claim that voice beats text.

9.0%

of our voice notes got a reply. That is 16 replies from 178 voice notes.

23.8%

of our connection requests were accepted. That is 195 from 819 invites.

Stay with HeyReach if

Plenty of people should stay. Stay if any of these are true:

  • You run an agency or manage clients. Workspaces, permissions, whitelabel and flat fees for 25 senders or more are what it is built for.
  • You have more than five senders. Our plans stop at one included sender plus four extra.
  • You need an API or integrations. HeyReach lists an API, webhooks, Clay, Zapier, Make and HubSpot. We list none of them.
  • You want email in the same tool. Growth includes integrations with Instantly and Smartlead.
  • You want a personal voice note per lead at the lower price. It is $79 per sender monthly, or $63 billed yearly, against $99 for our Pro.
  • You want the longer trial. It is 14 days against our 7.

Switch to Voice Outreach if

Switch if voice is the point, not an extra:

  • You want voice to be the main thing your tool does, with plans that are all about voice notes.
  • You run one to five senders and do not need client workspaces, whitelabel, an API or integrations.
  • One recording for everyone is enough. Starter is $39 a month, and Growth is $69 for as many static campaigns as you like.
  • You want to pay month to month. Plans are monthly, with a 14 day money back window after your first payment.
Two lists side by side: reasons to stay with HeyReach and reasons to switch to Voice Outreach

If you do switch, find out what you can export before you cancel. HeyReach's terms say you have no further access to your data 30 days after termination (section 8.3).

Can you use both?

Not on the same LinkedIn account. Two automation tools on one account stack activity on top of each other, and neither tool knows what the other is doing.

Pick one per account. If you are moving across, pause your HeyReach campaigns and disconnect the sender before you connect it to ours.

Other alternatives worth a look

I covered the other big name in the best Dripify alternative for voice note outreach. It is a broad LinkedIn and email tool, and that post says plainly when to stay with it.

I have left out a longer list on purpose. I would rather give you facts I checked than a ranking of tools I only skimmed.

For more on how voice notes work on LinkedIn, read the complete guide to LinkedIn voice notes. If you want to try one by hand first, here is how to send one from the app. And if your messages are getting ignored whatever tool you use, start with how to get more replies on LinkedIn.

Our side of the numbers is on the pricing page, and the getting started guide shows the setup.
